1. Overview This website is operated by Primal Slab LLC. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Primal Slab LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

2. Specimen Authenticity & Natural Representation All prehistoric fossils and mineral items offered by Primal Slab LLC are sold as authentic collector display pieces. Because each specimen is an authentic geological/paleontological artifact, individual items will exhibit natural variations in shape, size, coloration, matrix inclusions, and historical wear. Descriptions, photographs, and measurements on the site serve as representative references of the grade and species class.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address/phone number provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Pricing & Product Availability Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product drop or specimen tier without prior liability.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss All items purchased from Primal Slab LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). While we provide tracking for every order, claims for items marked delivered by the carrier must be addressed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability In no case shall Primal Slab LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service. Fossils and display accessories are intended solely for decorative and veneration display purposes and should be handled with care.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
